This research project is for the Vinmec international general clinic building in Times City Hanoi. The research project will compare the actual construction with an optimized digital simulation model of the building to find energy efficiency solution opportunities. The research project carried out an in-depth study of the HVAC system and the results showed that with simple solutions, it is possible to reduce the capacity of the air conditioning system by 45%, equivalent to 50% of the energy from this system. 

In combination with energy efficiency solutions, HVAC systems can reduce building energy consumption by 27%. Thus, the Vinmec General Clinic building has the opportunity to improve energy efficiency and save billions of dongs in operating costs each year. However, the point worth mentioning here is that efficiency is significantly achieved along with the initial investment cost being reduced. This is due to the optimally calculated air conditioning system capacity being cut by 45%.
