Edeec has performed audits and simulations to solve the efficiency problem for HVAC and lighting systems. The entire lighting system was converted to energy-saving LED technology, combined with maximizing natural light through the office glass door system.

• The average CO2 concentration of the entire Bao Minh management office is 610 ppm (meets LEED requirements, below 1,000 ppm).

• The average TVOC concentration of the entire Bao Minh management office is 0.174 ppm (meets LEED requirements, below 500 ppm).

• Renovate old-generation air conditioning systems to high-performance systems.
