The office and commercial complex located on Xuan Thuy – Cau Giay axis, Hanoi, partnered with Edeec on a renovation and operational optimization strategy. Following the consultancy and system improvement process, the project officially achieved LEED for Operations & Maintenance Platinum certification – the highest level in the LEED O+M system, dedicated to existing buildings that operate efficiently and sustainably.

On the technical side, Edeec collaborated closely with the Building Management Board to survey, analyze, and develop M&E system retrofit solutions, with a specific focus on the chiller plant and overall operations. Notably, the proposed plans utilized only 50% of the approved budget while delivering results that exceeded all expectations.
