The CATGO office building is located on West Lake in Hanoi. The investor initially intends to get a LEED Certified certificate for the project, but after consulting EDEEC, it will re-orient the target to get LEED GOLD with no increase in the initial investment costs. The project is currently in the detailed design phase.

Some of the energy-efficient solutions include:

• High-performance air conditioning system, meticulously optimized to maximize capacity for the context of the building.
• The façade system is designed with glass for maximum energy efficiency and the highest-quality natural lighting, anti-glare and thermal comfort, which meets LEED requirements.
