An office building located in the center of Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, has officially officially achieved international LEED Gold green building certification, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Edeec is proud to have served as the lead green building consultant throughout the entire implementation process, spanning from the initial design phase to the completion of assessment documentation and operational optimization.

On the technical front, Edeec executed an ASHRAE Level 3 Energy Audit to provide a comprehensive assessment of the building’s energy performance. Leveraging the results of this in-depth analysis, Edeec’s engineering team recommended improvements to M&E systems and operations. These solutions enable the owner to save approximately 1,500 MWh of electricity annually, translating to equivalent savings of VND 4.67 billion in operating costs per year compared to the previous baseline.
