BINNA (VIETNAM) SPORT MANUFACTURING FACTORY

The project will be a “Green Factory” with elements in harmony with the environment, aiming for the goal of reducing energy costs, improving the quality of the working environment as well as minimizing negative impacts on the environment when operating the system. With the goal of achieving LEED Silver certification, the factory is organized flexibly but strictly, creating a quiet working space for users, being a distinct highlight of the project compared to the bustle outside and inside the industrial park.

EDEEC has accompanied the project through a process of thorough energy simulation and analysis, thereby successfully implementing comprehensive technical solutions, bringing results that exceed expectations in building performance:

  • Energy efficiency: Achieved an operational energy reduction of up to 42.95% compared to the baseline model (ASHRAE) when integrating a solar system.

  • Renewable energy: Installed a rooftop solar panel system with an area of 800 m², contributing significantly to achieving optimal points in the Energy and Atmosphere category.

  • Optimized envelope design: Used double glazing systems with a solar heat gain coefficient SHGC < 0.37 and roofing with insulation materials with a solar reflectance index SRI ≥ 82 to reduce the heat load for the building.

  • Water resource savings: Used high-efficiency sanitary fixtures, helping to reduce indoor water use by at least 40% compared to the conventional level.

  • Indoor environmental quality: Committed to using paints, coatings, and materials with low VOC concentrations, combined with products achieving Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) to ensure the health of workers.

  • Sustainable infrastructure: Arranged electric vehicle charging stations for at least 5% of total parking spaces, encouraging the use of low-emission transport.

These results once again affirm EDEEC’s capability in optimizing technical design, helping industrial projects not only reach international standards but also ensure sustainability and long-term economic efficiency for the investor.
