The Pizza 4P’s Lotte Mall West Lake project is a prime example of the synergy between a premium dining experience and environmental responsibility. Located in a prime area of Hanoi with a scale of 320 m², the restaurant collaborated with Edeec to realize the most stringent green standards.

Following implementation, the project successfully achieved LEED ID+C GOLD certification. With an impressive score of 67/110, Pizza 4P’s has affirmed its pioneering position as a Vietnamese F&B enterprise integrating international sustainable development standards into commercial interior spaces.

From a technical perspective, Edeec collaborated closely with the investor to analyze and integrate advanced technological solutions for resource optimization. Notably, the project achieved near-maximum points in the Location and Transportation categories (17/18 points), while making a significant impact in reducing indoor water consumption (8/12 points) and optimizing energy performance.
