Golden Crown Residential Tower

As one of Vietnam’s leading real estate developers, DOJILAND aligns its projects with international standards. Golden Crown Hai Phong was developed as an iconic modern high-rise at the gateway to Cat Bi Airport. The project achieved the LEED Residential Silver certification for new construction, aiming for optimized energy efficiency and sustainable operations. This marks the second project in Vietnam to achieve LEED Residential certification.

EDEEC implemented a synchronized suite of technical solutions, helping the project achieve high results according to the stringent standards of LEED certification:

  • Reduce operational energy by 34% compared to the baseline.
  • Save 12.4 billion VND/year in operating costs.
  • Cut approximately 3,106 tons of CO2 emissions annually.

Key responsibilities undertaken by EDEEC for the Golden Crown project:

  • Register and manage the entire documentation review process with GBCI to achieve the Silver rating.
  • Perform energy modeling, consult on building envelope and HVAC systems, and conduct commissioning to ensure actual operational efficiency.
  • Inspect construction sites and guide contractors in following LEED standards for construction waste management and indoor air quality during construction.
