Cao Tri is a sustainable homestay built in Da Lat, aiming to apply energy saving solutions, reduce power consumption and achieve Zero Energy Building.

Not only in charge of LEED certification consultancy, Edeec also takes on the role of engineering consultancy to optimize heat, building comfort and building energy. By using 3D thermodynamic building simulation technology in design, Edeec can calculate accurate results between passive (architectural design) and active designs (technical system). This is the core technical foundation to achieve Zero Energy building.
