Techcombank Commercial Joint Stock Bank successfully achieved the prestigious LEED GOLD (Gold level) certificate for the building “Techcombank Saigon Tower” at 23 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Combined with the excellent design from Foster & Partners, one of the leading consulting companies in the world, Edeec has made continuous efforts to help the building not only achieve green certification but also slightly increase the project’s investment costs.
The project’s highlights include:
Achieving LEED Gold certification with a score of 63 points.
Energy Consumption Reduction: Total energy consumption is 2300 MWh/year, a 26% reduction compared to LEED standards. Total greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 2300 x 0.72 (mTCO2).
Water Consumption Reduction: Total annual water consumption is 8500 m3/year, a 40% reduction compared to LEED baseline.
Enhancement of Building Facilities: 100% of occupiable spaces are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable environment. 85% of occupiable spaces utilize natural light and maintain quality views. 48% of public spaces make effective use of natural light.
