During the process of upgrading and expanding the headquarters building in Hanoi, the investor took this opportunity to join hands with Edeec’s experts to recreate the working space according to LEED’s standards, improving energy efficiency and optimizing a healthy living environment. This is an important step forward to help the building not only achieve aesthetic but also environmentally friendly characteristics, while ensuring the comfort of everyone in the building.

Edeec suggested renovation solutions to supply enough fresh air to each space of the building. It is the prerequisite to ensure health and wellness of the Company’s employees. Besides, Edeec also performed in-depth technical calculations to renovate and design the HVAC system achieving more than 49% of energy efficiency in comparison with LEED US’s baseline.
