Energy-saving solutions are:
- Using high energy-efficient air conditioning system VRV 4 (VRV – Variable Refrigerant Volume)
- Using high-efficiency LEDs
- Using box glass with solar heat absorption coefficient (SHGC) 0.41 with light transmittance 0.37
The building has a total floor area of 3682.5m². According to initial calculations, the application of energy-saving measures will help reduce energy consumption by 297 MWh per year, equivalent to 45.5%, which saves USD 32,000 (equivalent to 736 million VND) per year.
