The project is in the design stage and has the goal of achieving Green Mark Gold Plus certification, with key sustainable effective solutions, such as

• Building a detailed energy simulation of the building, applying energy efficiency solutions, ensuring the building reduces at least 25% energy consumption
• Using a heat recovery system
• Installing a light sensor system for natural light

• Installing CO sensor in the basement
• Installing a Siphonic system to collect rainwater on the roof and a rainwater collection tank for the irrigation system
• Setting up a drip irrigation system, using 80% native and drought-tolerant plants
• Water-saving sanitary ware according to Singapore’s WELS standard
• Installing a light sensor system for people in public areas (WC, corridor)
