Get to know Mr. Trinh Cao Nguyen through his sharing:
I am in charge of Green Building Certification Consulting (LEED, LOTUS, Green Mark, etc.) – supporting projects to achieve international standards in sustainable construction.
I joined Edeec in January 2019, and it has been 5 years now.

Probably earning the LEED AP . It feels like a “green card” that gives me more confidence when working on projects.
Simply the desire to learn new knowledge. At Edeec, I get to both learn and apply things in real projects, which is very exciting.
Techcombank Tower – a large-scale project, full of challenges, but also one that gave me valuable experiences.

In the beginning, I felt I lacked the necessary skills. Green building was still a new field in Vietnam, with few formal training programs. My previous experience didn’t quite fit, so I had to study international materials, take certification exams, and continuously improve myself to build a solid foundation.
“Change, Diversity, Opportunity”. Change to grow stronger, diversity in working with clients from various industries, and opportunities for every individual in the company to develop.
I enjoy playing billiards. It’s a good mix of practice and relaxation after long hours at work. The game requires high concentration, so stress quickly fades away once I’m at the table.

Lately, there’s a popular saying: “anh em minh cu the thoi, he he he.” I find it suits me well: live comfortably, give your best, and things will work out.
