The project is implemented in the form of an Energy Consultant contract under the USAID Vietnam Clean Energy program.
Energy-saving solutions are used:
- Use of energy-efficient air conditioner system VRV 4 (VRV – Variable Refrigerant Volume)
- Use of energy-efficient lighting, Light-Emitting Diode (LED)
- Use of Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) glass 0.41 with a coefficient of light transmission 0.37
The building has total floor area of 3682.5 m2. According to initial calculations, the application of energy-saving measures will help reduce energy consumption by 297 MWh per year, equivalent to 45.5%, and especially, save USD 32,000 per year.
