The project is implemented in the form of an Energy Consultant contract under the USAID Vietnam Clean Energy program.
Energy efficiency measures help the Capital Place project reduce 27.6% of total energy use and eliminate 184.6 tons of CO2 emissions into the environment each year.
Energy-saving solutions are used:
1. Adding a building envelope, combined with correction of the old shell to form a double skin with high thermal efficiency.
2. Replacing the current lighting with Light -Emitting Diode (LED) and incorporating natural light in the new design.
3. Combining lighting control and lighting lane.
